At Emotiva Audio Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance audio equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within the specified timeframe, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure safe transport and full credit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our authorized service center using a tracked shipping method.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
